DANCE
Our dance programs have two tracks, the DANZKLUBTM track for students who wish to explore the benefits of dance and exercise, and the DANZLEVELZTM program for students who wish to learn about dance on a skill development basis and be involved in a performance. Two performances a year will be held one in the fall and one in the spring. We are currently accepting registratons for our first performance "Once Upon A Princess".
Our DANZLEVELZTM program is skill based in various dance subjects offered: jazz,lyric, contemporary, and ballet. The programs, designed by curriculum director Jann Davis, are based on the four areas of movement that all dance subjects use, jumps, turns, flexibility, and performance personality.
DANZLEVELZTM programs focus on a specific set of skills for a particular dance level, similar to the format used by gymnastic and cheer facilities, enhancing a child's feelings of accomplishment and self worth. It is aligned with many of the health and wellness programs currently being introduced in the educational setting. Level 1 is for students who wish to study on a once a week basis, Level 2 is for students who wish to dance two days a week. We are now enrolling for two of the three levels for our ALL STAR DANCE TEAMS. For further information click here
DANZKLUBTM PROGRAMS
Not sure if your child will enjoy dance? Try one of our "klubs" specifically designed for students at any age level to explore the benefits of dance without a long term commitment. Each session is nine weeks in length and designed around a specific theme. Skills include the elements of ballet, jazz, and tap. Music used includes Broadway musicals, movie musicals, children's music, classical music, and hip hop trends. All music is age and child appropriate.
KINDERDANZTM is a DanzLevelz program that give elementary dance skills to our kindergarten students. Classes are available on a performance based option, 45 minute classes for children age 4, and 60 minute classes for kindergarten children, with a "switch" time frame available on the same day. Skills include the elements of ballet, jazz, and tap. Music used includes Broadway musicals, movie musicals, children's music, classical music, and hip hop trends.

Klub Princess™ This class is designed for students’ age 2.9 and up. The class theme is “all things Princess”. Students are introduced to the basics of dance, coupled with age appropriate creative movement. Students are provided with weekly coloring pages that outline what is presented in the class. Students are presented at the end of the session with their own princess crown and certificate of achievement. Class is 45 minutes in length for six to nine week sessions. Skills incorporated into this class include ballet, jazz, and tap. Music used includes age appropriate selections from Broadway musicals, movie musicals, children's music, classical music, and hip hop trends. This class is not performance/recital based.

Klub Pixie™
This class is designed for students’ age 2.9 TO 3. The class theme is “all things pixies and fairies”. Students are introduced to the basics of dance, coupled with age appropriate creative movement. Students are provided with weekly coloring pages that outline what is presented in the class. Students are presented at the end of the session with their own pixie wand and certificate of achievement. Skills incorporated into this class include ballet, jazz, and tap. Music used includes Broadway musicals, movie musicals, children's music, classical music, and hip hop trends.

KLUB CHEERTM

This class is designed for students’ age 3 and 4. The class theme is “all things CHEER DANCE”. Students are introduced to the basics of dance and cheer skills, coupled with age appropriate tumbling skills. Students are provided with weekly coloring pages that outline what is presented in the class. Students are presented at the end of the session with their own pompons and certificate of achievement. Skills incorporated into this class include ballet, jazz, and tumbling. Music used includes Broadway musicals, movie musicals, children's music, classical music, and hip hop trends.

CHEERDANZ
This class is designed for students age 6 and up. It incorporates the flexibility training skills necessary for cheerleaders and integrates jazz/dance movement now currently popular with cheer teams. Three classes are available on Tuesdays, for elementary students and middle school students.

This program is similar to our very successful KAMP STORYTIME programs this summer. This class is designed for students age 2.9 to 3.9 and their moms. The class themes are based on children's picture books. Students are introduced to the basics of dance/yoga, coupled with age appropriate creative movement and a story related craft. It is a perfect class for parents who wish their child to bond with others in their peer group, it is a structured play group concept. Class is not performance based. Skills incorporated into this class include ballet, jazz, and tap. Music used includes Broadway musicals, movie musicals, children's music, classical music, and hip hop trends. Parents are encouraged to join their child in the class. Class meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. Class Fee $9.00 per class, pre-registration is required.

THEATREKIDZ
Our theatre program focuses on the student achieving self-expression in the classroom and presenting an on stage personna. Through the use of theatre games, story telling, and basic acting techniques, students will explore their own creative and critical thinking skills. Members of this course will be encouraged to be in our spring production as the "main characters" in addition to becoming members of our children's show troupe "Theatre Kidz". Children in these classes will be featured speaking performers in our early spring production of "Once Upon A Princess".

ALL STAR DANCE TEAM COMETZ, FLAREZ, PULSARZ
A dance program for students’ grades 2-8 who wish to explore dance in a serious manner. Program is based on a dance team concept similar to the ones used by the NBA, NOT the current competitive team dance studio concept. Skills are based on ballet, lyric, jazz, modern and contemporary dance. Music used includes Broadway musicals, movie musicals, and hip hop trends.
